I have tried to take insurance previously and found it unsustainable. No insurance actually pays session fee costs, but rather whatever they feel like paying. This turns out to be far les than I can sustain as a solo practitioner. However, I can utilize helping clients receive reimbursement if they receive Out of Network benefits from their insurance to help cover the cost of sessions.

Yes, I write letters for Gender Affirming Care. The fee would be the same as one session fee on my sliding scale I do also write at least one letter a month for clients who cannot afford a fee in accordance with my agreement with The GALAP.

Mostly no. I do make rare exceptions for folks who have medical trauma.

In general, no. I find I do my best work on an individual level. I have, however, made a few exceptions.

Currently I am only working with clients via telehealth/video. This may change in the future.

I am currently in the process of attaining certification to offer CEs. I do have a training specific to mental health providers who work n areas that lack access to training. This training is specifically for providers who need support working with Intersex clients. It is offered through a collective of Trans, Intersex and 2 Spirit providers called The Gender U and they do offer CEs for the course.

The fees are similar to my sliding scale fees for therapy and based on similar criteria.
